These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the text messaging program (the “Program”) operated by L&N Associates LLC (“L&N Associates,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to these Terms.

SMS/Text Messaging

L&N Associates LLC may send you SMS/text messages if you provide your phone number through our website, by phone, or by texting our business number. By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages related to your inquiry, including appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

To opt out, reply STOP to any text message. To get help, reply HELP or contact lnassociatesllc@gmail.com. Opting out of text messages does not affect other communications from L&N Associates LLC.

Program Description

When you opt in to the Program, we will send you text (SMS/MMS) messages related to our real estate services. This is a two-way, conversational messaging program, which may include responses to your inquiries, appointment and showing coordination, property and transaction updates, and other service-related communications.

How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive text messages by providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively consenting — for example, by submitting a form, checking a consent box, or sending us a message. You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to and participate in the Program. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. We are not responsible for any carrier charges incurred.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message, and you will no longer receive messages from the Program. To rejoin, simply opt in again.

Privacy

No mobile information — including your phone number and SMS opt-in or consent — will be sold or shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information you provide as part of the SMS consent process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers (including wireless carriers) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify or cancel the Program or any of its features, and we may update these Terms, at any time. Continued participation in the Program after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
